From the The Chronicles of Teliboria, The Invasion of Oshmabel, Second Wave: the Undead Onslaught

Oshmabel had barely begun to recover from the devastation of the first wave when a new, more terrifying threat emerged. The same vengeful wizard, his dark ambitions unquenched, raised an army of undead creatures, demons, and other monstrous entities, sending a second wave of destruction upon the already weakened city.
This time, the defenders of Oshmabel were more prepared but hopelessly outnumbered. The first day of battle was brutal, with casualties mounting on both sides as the undead hordes crashed against the city’s hastily fortified defenses. Somehow, the city managed to repel the attack, but the situation was dire. Every able-bodied citizen was called to arms, rallying to defend their home as the enemy prepared for another assault.
As the sun rose on the second day, the defenders feared they would not survive another onslaught. Their fears were nearly realized when, at noon, the undead breached the city’s defensive lines, pushing deep into the heart of Oshmabel. But just as hope seemed lost, salvation arrived in the form of the Novawindë Expeditionary Force. Responding to the city’s desperate plea for help, the forces of Novawindë descended upon the battlefield with a fury, turning the tide in favor of the beleaguered defenders.
What followed was a battle even more brutal than the last, as the combined forces of Oshmabel and Novawindë clashed with wave after wave of demons and undead. The fight reached its zenith at the mansion of Count Galenmir Palewalker, where the Count made his final stand. As the hordes overran the mansion, Galenmir and his small band of defenders fought valiantly, their courage shining even in the face of certain death.
Ultimately, the brave Count fell, and his mansion was lost. But his sacrifice was not in vain. The combined forces rallied, launching a counterattack that obliterated the undead and drove the demonic invaders from the city. The battle was won, but the cost was high, and the fate of Count Galenmir Palewalker remains a tragic tale—a story for another day.
