This is the current status of the map of Teliboria.  It marks 43 settlements: cities, towns, villages and hamlets.

Teliboria, an intriguing and uncharted continent, is designed to be the ‘new frontier’ in your TTRPG world/campaign. The journey to this land is distant, requiring a two-week sail from the nearest port under favorable weather conditions. Safely reaching Teliboria, if possible at all, depends on a sturdy caravel and the skills of an experienced navigator. Of course, this is just one way to integrate Teliboria into your campaigns or one-offs. Your imagination sets the limits.

Teliboria is a vast continent. Its greatest length, stretching from the northeastern tip to the southwestern island cluster, spans approximately 2,500 miles (4,023 kilometers). To put this in perspective, this is similar to the air distance between San Francisco and New York.

This continent is characterized by a substantial central landmass, surrounded by various island groups. The largest of these islands, known as ‘Salamander Island,’ is situated to the northwest. Smaller island clusters extend beyond the continent’s northeastern, southwestern, and southeastern extremities. Additionally, two sizable islands, ‘Seahorse Isle’ and ‘Ugrukh,’ are located to the east. While Teliboria has no active volcanoes that have been discovered, its geography indicates a rich geological past, evidenced by extensive mountain ranges. The longest of these ranges stretches from the southwestern tip to the northeastern edge of the continent. This mountain chain forms a diagonal divide across Teliboria, with a notable crossing point, the ‘Central Pass,’ located very close to the continent’s geometric center.

The continent’s weather is largely influenced by prevailing winds that carry moisture from a north/northeastern direction, resulting in higher precipitation and lush vegetation on the eastern and northeastern sides of these mountain ranges. However, more intricate micro-climates and potentially supernatural factors lead to varied weather patterns and distinct flora across different regions of Teliboria. The continent experiences four distinct seasons, and while weather conditions can be severe in certain areas, comprehensive research on these patterns is lacking, leaving much unexplained and undocumented.

The ‘Black Lagoon Sea,’ a vast lagoon situated in the southeastern region of the main landmass, forms a safe ‘inner sea’ with many natural harbors that played a crucial role in the establishment of the first settlements. Additionally, Teliboria features two large northern lakes, ‘Lake Zigil’ and ‘Lake Huine.’ The continent is also crisscrossed by a complex network of rivers, which not only enriches its varied landscape but also facilitates river-based transportation and commerce between the continent’s settlements.
